The Arizona Asian American Bar Association (AAABA) will be
hosting its 11th Annual Scholarship Award and Installation Banquet
on April 4, 2007, at C-FU Gourmet Restaurant beginning at 6pm. HBDBA
is a Gold Sponsor of this event. If you would like to attend and sit

April 11, 2007: The next General Membership Meeting will be held
Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at the offices of Quarles & Brady LLP, One
Renaissance Square, Two North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The
meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.
April 25, 2007: The newly formed Black Women Lawyers Association
of Arizona will be sponsoring its first CLE on April 25, 2007 at the
University Club from 12-1:30 p.m. "The Other Side of the Glass
Ceiling: Strategies for Success for the African American Female
Practitioner" will have a panel of women discussing the ways in
which they have managed to be successful in both the private and
public legal arena.
April 30, 2007: The Pima County Superior Court will hold a
program for local high school students and others pursuing law
related careers in celebration of the annual Law Day on April 30,
2007. The theme for this year's Law Day activities is "Liberty Under
Law: Empowering Youth, Assuring Democracy."
